Jack Fisher Managing Director Tri State Strategies NJ,

Jack Fisher
brings more than 40 years of experience working with municipalities, counties,
the State of New Jersey and its citizens.
As County Administrator for
the County of Gloucester from 1972 until January 2007, Jack has worked
successfully with businesses and elected officials to advance important issues
facing Gloucester County and all of New Jersey. Additionally, Jack has served
with distinction as a leader of the New Jersey Building Authority, where during
his tenure over the last 15 years he oversaw projects of more than $750
million.
Jack's career has included such milestones as:

Appointed as Gloucester County's first planning director as set up
the first full-time professionally staffed County Planning
Department. |

As
Planning Director, Jack was Gloucester County's representative and charter
member of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). Jack worked
closely with New Jersey state officials, county officials, and the City of
Philadelphia in formulating this regional entity. |

As
Planning Director, Jack worked with professional consultants and the County
Engineer on the County's first Regional Wastewater Management Facility.

As the first
County Administrator, Jack worked on the establishment of a new centralized
administrative department structure, and such county-wide services as the
Gloucester County Central Communications Center, county park system, a solid
waste disposal system, Public Health Department including in house clinical
services, a new Justice Complex and Jail and the county-operated 18-hole golf
course.
Jack also served as liaison and representative of the
Freeholder Director Stephen M. Sweeney and the entire Board of Chosen
Freeholders on several "smart growth" initiatives. Their role required careful
coordination of Region Planning Agencies and the State Departments of Community
Affairs, Transportation and Environmental Protection along with county and
municipal governments and agencies.
Educated at Rutgers University in
strategic planning concepts and methods, Jack is a Licensed Professional
Planner utilizing sophisticated skills and insights to bring projects to a
successful completion.
