Jack Fisher, Managing Director of Tri State Strategies NJ, L.L.C., brings more than 40 years of experience working with municipalities, counties, the State of New Jersey and its citizens as County Administrator for the County of Gloucester from 1972 until January 2007. Jack has also served as a leader of the New Jersey Building Authority with responsibility for more than $750 million in public projects.

James J. Florio is a former Governor of the State of New Jersey, an eight-term member of the U.S. House of Representatives and a three-term member of the New Jersey General Assembly who was, as Governor, the nation's first environmental prosecutor.

Paul T. Fader served as Chief Counsel to New Jersey Governors James McGreevey and Richard Codey and is also a noted author on construction and public contract law. Paul previously served two successful terms as Mayor of the City of Englewood.

Douglas J. Steinhardt has long been involved in local and statewide government affairs in New Jersey. Douglas is currently chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee and serves as treasurer of the New Jersey Republican County Chairmen's Association and is involved creating statewide party policy and public relations. Douglas is the Mayor of Lopatcong Township.
